Space Center

On our way down to Galveston for our cruise Jon and I stopped in Houston. We spent the night and then Monday morning before leaving for the boat we went to the Space Center to do the NASA tour, without children. It was neat to see the big Rocket that helped, I think, 7 Apollo missions. We saw the original control center. There was a military tour going on while we were there, and they actually got to go in and sit in the seats. Jon was wondering if woud be able to get a special military tour as well someday. We also saw the place where the astronauts practice before heading up into sapce. They have the real size of all the equipment that goes up in space and already in space.
