I can't believe how fast Benjamin is growing. I look at him sometimes and wonder where he learned to talk and do the things he does. At his recent Doctor appointment he weighed in at 35 lbs. and was almost 42", which means that he's almost heavy enough for a booster seat in the car and tall enough to ride some of the rides at Sea World and Six Flags without an adult. He knows all the letters and the sounds that they make. He can count to 29. Still loves to watch Curious George and play with his trains but is adventuring out to Toy Story, especially Buzz Lightyear. He loves to make the sound affect noises to movies, and has all the Toy Story ones down to and art. Everything is a spaceship going up in the sky. He also likes to play games, we taught him how to play Go Fish, it's great having a kid who doesn't really know what winning means yet. He also loves playing some bird game on Jon's phone, and is quiet good at it. he's passed a couple of levels for Jon. He can get dressed and put his shoes on by himself, but only when he really wants to. He can pop popcorn in the microwave on his own. He can also ride a bike without any help, except with the training wheels. He loves to try and be a good big brother, but sometimes loving Andrew too much is a little harmful. Being such a good sleeper as a baby, he still is, but we now get to experience "bad dreams" and being "afraid" is a little challenging for me. I have no idea what to do without babying him too much or being mean. He truly is a blessing in our lives and we are grateful he is part of our family. It will be interesting to see what other surprises come our way as we watch him learn and grow. We love you Benjamin!
