Our new house

So, we bought a house and its different from the one we were building. Our realtor encouraged us to come back down this spring because he said it would be easier to find deals when you can quickly close and use are already being built property as leverage when negotiating. He found us a great deal for a MUCH nicer house in a community just south of where we were originally building. The development is well established and almost completely built out and the house is twice as nice with a huge backyard. There are lots of LDS residents in the area which will be nice. I (Jon) feel guilty moving into such a nice place, but we can afford it so why not? As long as the market recovers in 5-7 years we'll be all set and if not, then it's only money.
